Our Services
We provide bookkeeping, accounting support, tax preparation, and business advisory services for small businesses. We are not a licensed CPA firm and we do not provide audit, review, or compilation (attest) services.

SMS Text Messaging Program
You agree to receive information messages (appointment reminders, account notifications, etc.) from MeisterHoff & Associates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP or email us at admin@meisterhoff.com. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
MeisterHoff & Associates sends text messages (SMS/MMS) to customers who have agreed to receive them. Messages may include appointment reminders, answers to your questions, service and account updates, and information you ask us for.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Agreeing to receive text messages is never a condition of buying any of our services.
How We Collect Your Consent
We only text people who have given us their consent. We collect consent in the ways listed below. At the point of opt-in, each customer is told that message frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, that they can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance, and they are given links to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
- Phone call — You may give verbal consent during a phone call after we ask whether you want to receive text messages from MeisterHoff & Associates.
- Inbound text message — You may text a phone number listed on our website. We reply with a welcome message that includes our full disclosures and links to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
- Website form — You may enter your phone number at meisterhoff.com/contact and check the consent box on our intake form to agree to receive text messages from MeisterHoff & Associates.
- Email — You may click a link in an email that opens a web form where you complete your SMS opt-in. The email includes our full SMS disclosures, and a confirmation text is sent after you opt in.
- Written form — You may give written consent by checking a box on a paper form, along with your phone number, to receive text messages from MeisterHoff & Associates.
- Any other method — If we collect consent in any other way, you are told at the point of opt-in that message frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, that you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance, and you are given links to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
Message Frequency, Rates, and Carriers
Message frequency varies, depending on how often we need to reach you. Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile plan.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to Opt Out or Get Help
You can stop text messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message and you will be opted out. After you opt out, you may receive one final message confirming your choice. If you would like to start again, reply START.
